Past and present members of Portland hardcore mainstays such as Remains Of The Day, Hellshock,
Warcry, Lebenden Toten, etc pull a 180 and dish out ten tracks of icy, ominous postpunk.
Since their last release, The Estranged have dialed back the explicit aggression of their early singles
a bit, and dialed up the textured, atmospheric, layered sounds of prime 80s deathrock/postpunk. A
little less US influence, a little more UK? A little less Wipers, a little more Cure/Chameleons UK/Joy
Division, etc. The Subliminal Man was painstakingly, impeccably recorded at Type Foundry Studios
in Portland and features 8 new ones, a re-recording of ´?Statue In A Room? (originally released as a
split 7? with Autistic Youth) and a rather stunning cover of The Flys? 1978 classic ?Love And A Molotov
Cocktail?. You need this.

Three years and two aborted recording sessions later, North Carolina's almighty Double Negative finally
deliver the follow-up to their legendary debut. While that record obliterated listeners with its sharp,
precise hardcore attack, Daydreamnation finds Double Negative incorporating the wide variety of
influences one would expect from four guys who have all been playing in bands for 25+ years.
Particularly if you've ever had your face ripped off by this band live, Daydreamnation's relentless
wash of noise, speed, and energy will make it the Double Negative record you've always wanted.
Note: includes free mp3 download, deluxe foil-stamped covers, and obi strip.

Though it's been over two years since their last record, Devour's new 7" picks up right where the s/t
LP left off. 5 songs that synthesize their love of classic Japanese hardcore (Death Side, Judgement,
etc.) and 80s metallic PUNK (COC, early Neurosis, Final Conflict). Fast, heavy, hard-hitting, intricate..
This is a pretty fucking killer record. Red vinyl.

Legions of hardcore diehards would argue that CIA?s ?God Guns Guts? 7? EP is one of the best
US hardcore singles to ever be released. Originally self-released in 1983, the six songs on the
original 7? are absolutely flawless blasts of driving, intelligent, and furious hardcore. What could
be better than this? A deluxe reissue that adds 5 original 7? session outtakes that have never
been heard until now along with several other previously unreleased essential demos recorded
just before the 7? came out. This all comes housed in a high-quality package featuring a UV
laminated jacket, printed inner sleeve that features detailed liner and unpublished photos. A
great release of a classic and essential record from More Than a Witness Product.

After a few delays we?re ready to start the pre-orders for the new Betrayed EP entitled ?Suffering?.
This is their first record in a few years and features the same early vs. late harDCore vibe that the
band is known for, but with some Uniform Choice tossed into the mix as well. Lyrically this one
is a little more pissed than previous releases. Todd really delivered on these songs and I think
it?s some of the best stuff they?ve done.

13 new tracks that come at you with unrelenting fury and filled with black thoughts and
desperation. This builds on "Wreck My Soul" and surpasses it with ease, which is no small
feat indeed. Imagine a mix between (late) Go It Alone, (early) Another Breath and (current)
Blacklisted and you might be close. This is one for the ages.

Long awaited 2nd album from hardworking PDX youngsters, following up their classic ?Landmine
Beach? LP, as well as singles on Black Water, Rock Bottom, Taken By Surprise, and more.
Driving, melodic punk/hardcore (but NOT ?melodic hardcore? if ya get the distinction) with dark,
swirling undercurrents. Catcy but not at all vapid. Sounding like a cross between Portland,
Southern California, and Copenhagen, you could compare this to bands like Observers/Red Dons,
No Hope For The Kids, Articles Of Faith, Reagan Youth, The Wipers, Adolecscents, etc etc.

Returning on the heels of their much lauded demo, Vaccine bash out 10 new tracks of distorted, negative, straight edge HC, in barely 5 minutes. This one pisses all over the non-threatening posi-brigade brand of SXE-HC, with intolerant lyrics, and raw as fuck production. It's like '81 SS Decontrol shredding their way through the b-side of Scum.
