These boys are full of energy and anger and they're gonna make sure you're damn well aware of that with fast, thrashy, catchy music and venomous words that cut straight to the point. The Breaks are on the warpath and the religious right and shitty punks are dead set for destruction. Great fast hardcore with a modern punch and lyrics to satisfy any kid into raw honesty and venomous spite.

The Breaks are back (sorta) and bringing you five more songs of midwest desperation and no-coast bitterness. Fast and raw with just the right amount of fist-pumping catchiness, the Breaks pull no punches. These five songs were recorded at the same time as their 'Get Saved' EP. Two of the songs were meant to be included on that record but were left off due to a mastering error. The other songs weren't going to be released but we felt like they were too good to let them be forgotten so this posthumous release will help ensure that these St. Louis ragers won't soon be forgotten.

Well, these guys are back together and working on new material, Painkiller decided to press their demo tape on a vinyl ep to tide over the masses until they release something new. If you missed this when it was a tape, expect some violent and heavy hardcore with throat shredding, garbled vocals. The fast parts have tons of changes and unexpected twists and turns but then things drop into extended doomy portions that emphasize the isolation and misery. The band lists Infest and Black Sabbath as their influences. Limited to 500 copies.

In 2004 Breathing Fire quietly laid down one of the most impressive demos, following which they promptly disappeared. In 2007 the band reconvened to unearth the remains of some unused songs and attempt some new ones, thus beginning a brief but fruitful reconnection between the members that produced this album. Years Of Lead takes the framework of their demo and pushes everything much further. The recording is dirtier and much more harsh, the slow sections more ominous, the fast sections more head spinning. Influenced by early power violence, harsh and dark hardcore, classic sludge, and hazy doom standards, but Years of Lead speaks its own language. Comes housed in a full color old style tip-on style jacket.

Featuring ex-members of Get Big, Surroundings and Summer So Far, Brick was formed in early 2008 with the idea of carrying on Baltimore, MD's longstanding tradition of punishing hardcore. Their sound is heavy and slightly metallic, comparable to Trapped Under Ice and Integrity.

Newcomers from the Haverhill, MA area, Brick Fight, are already busy playing locally with bands like Hammer Bros., The Effort, The Carrier and Word For Word, bringing a straight-forward, no frills hardcore sound, providing plenty of opportunities to mosh, bringing to mind such contemporaries as Guns Up!, Blacklisted and channeling the spirit of old Metallica.

Sonically anchored by a guitar-driven melodicism reminiscent of later-era Small Brown Bike, Bridge And Tunnel harness the explosive, angular technique employed by luminaries like Fugazi and Cursive to convey a cutting sense of immediacy and intensity. Above it all their voices weave together through a range of emotionally laden tones as somber harmonies flip to a wrenching howl that echoes the desperation and defiance they've put to paper. Fresh off their sophomore LP for No Idea Records, Bridge And Tunnel offer up two new songs on the single "Homecoming b/w Mixed/Media/Messages," furthering the socially-aware, atmospheric and melodic punk they've become known for. 7" includes digital download.

Do you remember a time when hardcore was fast, furious and ugly? Let Bring It On take you back to a time when bands like Killing Time and Sheer Terror ruled the CBGB matinees. Blue collar, old school hardcore is whats in store when you cross paths with these Baltimore hardcore veterans. Six tracks of brutal late 80's style NYHC, best described as a cross between Killing Time, Breakdown and Sheer Terror with a little bit of Last Rites thrown in for good measure.

This mixed quartet from Toronto, featuring the Sharon Brothers from HACKSAW and other wreckers from TEEN CRUD COMBO, RAMMER and LEGION 666, already managed to mess up every party in their hometown. Though closely connected to their homies of FUCKED UP and CAREER SUICIDE, their sound is much faster, simplier an more raw-sounding and aims directly for the party-seeking animal in every punkster. All songs are from the 'The pleasure is all thine' LP session, mastered and mixed by Jon Drew, who also did FUCKED UP`s 'Police' and 'Generations'.

With a record faster and more chaotic than their previous LP, Toronto's Brutal Knights return with a vengeance on 'Feast Of Shame.' This time around they offer up fourteen slabs of amped up garage rock-n-roll punk played at dizzying speeds with guest vocals from Martin Farkas of Career Suicide and a guest guitar solo from Jay Reatard of The Retards.

Oh dear Baby Jesus, the Canadian wasteoids are came over to Europe!!! And to give them a good go, P.Trash Records is more than pleased and proud to present you this wonderful piece of plastic. Another non-stop 7-song ride into extreme lifestyles of poor sex, dirty apartments in boring cities and cheap prefab-food!!! The colorful artwork was done by Seripop from Canada and the Picture-LP is fat and heavy and comes with I cardboard insert with a dirty live action picture.

If you don't already know, Toronto has been responsible for some of the best current punk bands going (FUCKED UP, CAREER SUICIDE, TERMINAL STATE) and now BRUTAL KNIGHTS. Their 'Not Fun' ep (also on Deranged) raised a few eyebrows but failed to really capture their sound and intensity. Luckily, this album is not only a huge improvement with a solid mix/mastering by Jon Drew (produced both FUCKED UP 'Police' and 'Generations') but it also includes the bands best material to date making this a total shredder. Think Dwarves, old Hives and Zeke!

'Life Ain't Cool' is an EP of wild as hell punk inspired as much by '90s garage as it is '80s hardcore. After recently completing a successful U.S. tour and hot off the trails from their second LP for Deranged Records, this Toronto five-piece unleashes the last will and testament of their original lineup (featuring past members of Teen Crud Combo, Chokehold, Rammer & Hacksaw).
