The power of Bad Brains' classic 1983 hardcore album has not diminished over the years. Lightning fast and taut like razor-wire this record helped to define the sound of American punk. Very diverse, powerful and soulful hardcore with lots of great ideas and lots of hits, at previously unknown energy levels. Every once in a while, a reggae song is thrown in for good measure. Some of the song titles might ring bells: Coptic Times, Attitude, Right Brigade, F.V.K. That's right, a bunch of bands named themselves after their songs. This is so essential and groundbreaking that even Jeff Nelson rates this as one of the most important records. An undisputed classic.

Think Circle Jerks when it comes to their sound; they even have a song called "I Don't Care". The attitude is also in the gnarly ?So Cal fuck you style?, as evidenced by these lyrics, ?Who the fuck made you the president, I didn?t vote for you.? Limited to 300 copies.

Pure punk energy, that’ll make you want to run in circles and break things. This is some of their best material to date, faster and more intense than their LP. They're on now Reflections Records.
